TSS Awatea’s Deck Plan

 

 

TSS Awatea is looking grand above, as she was seen at full steam ahead sailing across the Pacific towards the America’s. She is such a beautiful liner and so well built and superbly designed, that she looks more of a luxury Trans-Atlantic liner! In fact she was far more superior to quite a number that were in operation in those days, for there were many ships that were very humble conversions, unlike this fine glamorous ship!

She was greatly loved and much missed!
