SS Blue Lady, Norway, France

This document attached needs no interpretation. Star Cruises obviously told Madam Badron Bin Ismail the Director of the Malaysian “Safety Navigation Division / Peninsular Malaysian Marine Department” that SS Norway (Blue Lady) was heading for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) where she was to be repaired. However, as we all know the truth was she had actually been sold for scrap to Bridgend Shipping/Haryana ship breakers in India and the captain and crew were employed by Haryana. Thus, it is obvious as this letter shows that Star Cruises misled and hid the truth to say the least from the Malaysian Marine Department and Star did not disclose that the breakers were already in control of the ship as she departed from her Port Klang outer anchorage.
